Finally, group training customized to your time schedule and preferences!
The Feet in Motion Training Club is designed to allow you to choose your own goal, to receive a personalized training schedule to prepare for realizing that goal, to have the option of running/walking/riding planned routes at whatever time you choose with whomever you choose, and to have a forum to find others planning to do the same workout you have scheduled. You will have the resources of an experienced coach, an experienced training organizer, a motivator, and additional written sources of information.
Train to walk a half marathon in the fall, run a 5k in the spring, ride in an organized bike ride in the summer. Try a variety of goals. Enjoy training with others. Learn from each other. Have fun!
