Training Tips

The best way to treat simple muscle soreness is to stop [exercising] for several days. If that pretty much clears up your complaint, then you know it was nothing serious to begin with, and it's perfectly okay to return to your training routine.

At the same time, ice the sore muscles several times a day for about 15 minutes. Use an inexpensive flexible gel wrap, an ice pack, or even a small bag of frozen vegetables.
